| Description | This four-sided EVER-GUARD® Laser Welding Safety Enclosure measures 8 x 8 x 7.6 feet (W x L x H). Three sides consist of framed EVER-GUARD® panels that join together with no gaps using standard hardware. Overhead corner gussets and outer panel brackets are provided for additional stability. One side of the enclosure is comprised of an EVER-GUARD® curtain, which opens by manual accordion action to create an entryway up to 7 feet wide for personnel or equipment. The entry features a small laser safety viewing window. Four different laser safety viewing windows are available to meet your laser protection requirements: ACR-A5151G, ACR-A5401A, ACR-A70W3, or ACR-A75W5. An illuminated "LASER IN USE" sign and a laminated laser welding safety compliance warning sign are included. EVER-GUARD® material is laser rated 50kW/cm² for 100 seconds and compliant with ANSI Z136, CE EN 60825-4, CE EN 12254, and UKCA. The laser viewing window is REACH compliant, ROHS compliant and meets ANSI ESD STM11.11, ANSI Z136, CE EN 12254 and UKCA standards.
Custom options are available including extension panels to lengthen or widen the enclosure in increments of 2 or 4 feet, additional entryways, additional laser viewing windows, and a roof. |
