*EASY-HAZ™ LSO hazard analysis software runs as a workbook and requires Microsoft Excel for Windows 2003 or later. EASY-HAZ™ LSO is not supported on the Mac platform.

Kentek’s online Laser Safety Officer (LSO) course is intended for individuals in industrial, research, or educational institutions required to perform the duties of LSO as defined by ANSI Z136.1 “Safe Use of Lasers” standard. The course consists of 23 individual recorded modules and is designed to be taken at your own pace. For those attendees looking for more in-depth knowledge on hazard analysis there is an additional module available. This course includes examples demonstrating laser hazard analysis using EASY-HAZ™ LSO Hazard Analysis Software. This course meets all training requirements of OSHA and ANSI. Total running time is approximately 20 hours. Attendees have 14-days from the date of first login to complete the course.
