A Letter From the CEO and Owner of Kentek®

I was tempted to start this piece with “Dear customers and friends” but I quickly remembered that many of our customers have become good friends. This very positive condition has resulted from 36+ years of Kentek history, a history through which all of our employees have embodied and exhibited the service-oriented qualities you must expect from a company whose slogan is Laser People Helping Laser People®. This seemingly quaint set of words is very powerful; the Laser People at Kentek are truly dedicated to helping solve customers’ problems. This is evidenced by the experience levels of our technically-oriented sales professionals, the tenure of our support and manufacturing staff, and the variety of our stock and customized product offerings.

Consider these benefits of working with Kentek:

  • We answer the phone before the second ring. You are greeted by a friendly real person and your call is promptly directed to the person best suited to help you.
  • We will spend whatever time it takes to find a solution for you. Sometimes this means patiently taking the better part of an hour just to identify that one pair of laser safety glasses that enables you to complete your project.
  • We are happy to consider customizing any product that we manufacture. A customer may need a modified specification, or a customer may require an entirely new configuration based on existing Kentek technologies.
  • We learn with you, our customer, and will teach you much of what we know. Our network of experts is extensive and we share this as needed.
