Welding Screens - Shade 11 Green, Partition Style, 6'W x 7'H

This Shade 11 green partition style welding screen is for UV and Arc flash applications. The welding protective PVC film has additives for fire retardancy, UV stabilization and low temperature conditions. A light dusting is applied to the surface of the film to ensure the film does not stick to itself or other surfaces.

This Shade 11 PVC Film (U11L11R11Z87KTK) is suitable for Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) electrode size 3/32-5/32 Amperes 60-160. Also for Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) for fewer than 50 Amperes and Plasma Arc Welding (PAW) 20-100 Amperes. Also for Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) at 60-160 Amperes.

Meets OSHA Publication 3151 (2003) recommended Protective Shade Value, and ANSI Z87.1 & AWS Shade Number Recommendations.
