| Description | Green Shade 11 Welding Protective PVC Film for UV and Arc flash applications.__ This Shade 11 PVC Film (U11L11R11Z87KTK) is suitable for Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) electrode size 3/32-5/32 Amperes 60-160. Also for Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) for fewer than 50 Amperes and Plasma Arc Welding (PAW) 20-100 Amperes. Also for Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) at 60-160 Amperes. The film has additives for fire retardancy, UV stabilization and low temperature conditions. A light dusting is applied to the surface of the film to ensure the film does not stick to itself or other surfaces. Material is folded and stitched with a one-inch hem on all four sides. Black steel grommets are placed 12 inches apart on all sides along the hems. Product is rolled and ships in a small tube. Standard stock size 3 feet W x 6 feet H. Meets OSHA Publication 3151 (2003) recommended Protective Shade Value, and ANSI Z87.1 & AWS Shade Number Recommendations. Transmission charts available upon request.
