ENTRY-GUARD™ Illuminated Dual Status Laser Safety Waterproof Sign

The ENTRY-GUARD™ Dual-Status Waterproof Sign has a red LED left of the text, "DANGER - LASER RADIATION - DO NOT ENTER" and a green LED left of the text "SAFE - NO LASER HAZARD".

The single red and green low-profile LEDs with 180-degree field of view are mounted in two separate single-gang outlet covers.

This sign complies with ANSI Z136.1 "Safe Use of Lasers" Visible Warning Device and can be used inside or outside the laser designated area to provide a real-time indicator of the laser radiation emission status. The sign can be used in high-moisture areas and outdoors.

This sign, as shipped, is comprised of three pieces to be assembled on-site:

• One sign, which is a printed decal affixed to an aluminum sign panel. The panel can be mounted to a vertical surface with double-sided tape (peel and stick).
• Two single-gang box cover plates … one with a red LED and one with a green LED.
• Installation of single gang electrical boxes (not included) and electrical wiring must be completed on-site to local specifications.
