Infrared Viewers

 

     The EV-7215P Electro Viewer is a premium hand-held infrared viewer designed for the observation of near-infrared sources that radiate from 0.4 -1.5 µm.

     The EV-7215PS includes the added convenience of an on/off toggle switch and a power supply. 

     The Electro Viewer is an extremely useful device for Laser Safety personnel.  You can view, align and profile near- and far-field intensity distributions of infrared laser beams emitting at wavelengths as long as 1.5 µm such as GaAs IR emitters, Nd:YAG and Ti:Sapphire lasers.  Both the 7215P and 7215PS are useful in aligning the beam delivery optics, locating stray reflections from machine tool enclosures and checking operating or manufacturing rooms for safety.

SOME APPLICATIONS
Because of their spectral response, near-infrared viewers are extremely useful for quite a diverse range of applications.
A. Near IR viewers are extremely important for locating stray beam reflections that may cause eye damage or injury.
B. Ideal for applications involving the alignment of infrared laser beams and of optical components in near-infrared systems.
