  • Steel track system comprised of straight pieces, curves, end stops, by-pass rails and connectors
  • Non-reflective black coating applied to all steel components
  • Engineered channel in track ensures smooth and directional operation of roller system
  • High quality nylon rollers guarantee years of maintenance-free use

FABRIC

  • Extra heavy duty 35-ounce 0.044 inch thick flame retardant, non-fraying and chemical resistant flexible fabric.

  • Hems are folded flat and pressed.
STITCHING

  • Lock stitches ensure durability and will not unravel (compare to chain stitches which unravel if broken).

  • All critical seams are double-stitched.  Seam ends are back-stitched to improve strength.

  • Primary thread is 21 pound test #138 polyester

  • All seams guaranteed to be "pucker free"!
TOLERANCES

  • Precision fabricated to be square within 1/8 inch across 22 feet double measured

  • Dimensional tolerance is ± 1/16 inch.
COMPONENTS

  • #10 Nylon heavy duty zippers where applicable with locking rings (locks supplied)

  • Velcro® brand 1 inch black hook and loop fasteners where applicable

  • Heavy gauge 20 mil dusted vinyl pocket-style window for signage or equipment documentation attached with double-needle stitching

  • Non-reflecting black spur style steel grommets lay flat and hold tight
